too safe …start of the 1974 Belgian Grand Prix at Nivelles-Baulersa super modern track in the mid 70’s but therefor a bit too bland with enormous run off zones, which put the spectators too far from the action which in turn meant they didn’t turn up in large crowds & too safe so the drivers didn’t really enjoy themselvesafter 2 Grand Prix, the first one held in 1972, the organizers had financial problems and F1 never returned to Nivelles
it probably was a bit ahead of its time, if you look at the picture now it looks like a contemporary track, makes you think about modern race tracks …

kathuhrin:

You should never want to succeed as a slap in the face to those you dislike/dislike you.

Success should be a goal you want to achieve as an fulfillment in your life, for you.

You shouldn’t want “haters”, and if you’re living in the right manner, you shouldn’t have any.

Succeed if for anyone other than yourself, for those who believed in you and backed you up.

Success is an accomplishment, not an avengement.
